The size of heat pump (or how many) is determined by your unique home, how large it is, how many doors and windows, which areas you want heated and what your budget is. Our team will walk you through the options and recommend the best one/s to suit your needs and budget.
Generally heat pumps heat a single room or open area, so it will depend on the design of your house, but you may need more than one heat pump to heat your entire house.
Regularly servicing your heat pump will mean it will perform more efficiently. A heat pump with clogged filters means it will be working harder to provide the same amount of heat and hence will be adding to your power bill. We can offer simple ways to keep this clean, and offer affordable servicing. We recommend having your heat pump cleaned every 1-2 years, depending on use.
Heat pumps use significantly less energy to heat the home than any other type of heating. With less pollution and greenhouse gasses, this makes them better for the environment. Being efficient means you can help keep your power bill down. Make sure to check for the Energy star rating when you purchase.
