Aaron Jones
Director
Aaron was born and raised in Te Puna and has been involved in the electrical industry for 30 years, starting as an apprentice for Stewart Browne Electrical. He has also been a successful wholesaler rep and completed 4 years of electrical contract work in the UK.
Returning home to Tauranga in 2003, Aaron went into business for himself and established AJ's Electrical Ltd. AJ's has grown into a company and team he is extremely proud of. Out of the office, Aaron is a keen sportsman who loves his fishing and spending time with family.
Bruce Jeffries
General Manager
After living in Auckland all his life, Bruce and his family shifted to Tauranga in 2019. Bruce's wife Lisa is also the reception/admin support at AJ's and grew up in Tauranga. Bruce and Lisa owned their own electrical business in Auckland with Bruce's brother and his wife for 25 years and sold it to relocate to Tauranga. Bruce is proud to have been the Electrical Head Contractor on the Chrisco (Dotcom) Mansion and the Electrical Consultant and Head Contractor on the 7-year build of Helena Bay Lodge in Northland (which won Luxury Lodge of the Year, worldwide). Bruce enjoys time with his three sons and getting in a few games of squash and golf.
Warren Webb
Project Manager/Estimator
Warren entered the electrical trade straight out of high school in 1999, working for Shove Electrical in Papakura, which later became Laser Electrical Papakura.
Starting as an apprentice electrician, he left the company many years later as their head project manager and estimator to move with his family to the sunny Bay of Plenty in 2018.
Warren has years of experience working with building companies and homeowners pricing and managing electrical work around new builds and renovations.

Tony Jeffries
Service Manager
Tony and his brother owned and ran a successful electrical contracting business in Auckland for 25 years before selling and relocating to Tauranga with their families in 2019. After having a break from the electrical game Tony was enticed back to work at AJ's Electrical Ltd to run their Service Division, which was the role he had at Absolute Electrical in Auckland. In his spare time Tony enjoys travel, motor sport and a good book.
Trish Hart
Accounts Manager
Trish, her husband and two grown-up sons moved to Papamoa in 2018. She enjoys living close to the beach and making the most of the amazing facilities the Bay has to offer. Trish has a wide range of accounting and administrative experience, including working for Chartered Accountants in both NZ and Australia. Prior to the move south from Auckland, she worked for the publishing company Rural News Group and the pharmaceutical company Radiant Health. Her accounting knowledge and office skills combined with the customer interaction makes her job at AJ’s Electrical the perfect fit for her. Trish says “it’s great to work with such a positive and friendly team”. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family including Eva the French Bulldog, café lunches, genealogy and travel.
Lisa Jeffries
Admin
Lisa grew up in Tauranga and has loved returning with Bruce and their three sons from Auckland. Lisa has vast experience, having worked in their family electrical business and other industries including travel as a consultant/broker. Lisa enjoys client interaction and the administrative front-of-house role at AJ's Electrical. Outside of work, she is busy running a household of seven and enjoys downtime with family and friends.
Violet Honeyfield
Solar Admin
Violet grew up in the Bay of Islands on an off-grid property. She spent several years working in Pharmacy, and spent 6yrs in London, working in IT, project management and operations management. Her passion is in health and wellness and has been an educator for many years in this arena also. Moving to the bay of Plenty 4 years ago she has enjoyed getting back to the beach and coastal life, and lives on a semi-rural lifestyle block with her 2 sons and husband. Having been brought up on a solar property she has enjoyed getting back to the solar space with a mix of project support and marketing.
