Reduced to Clear: Case Study

The AJ’s team recently completed a 4-week commercial shop renovation project for Reduced to
Clear located in Fraser Cove Shopping Centre. Our team was tasked with creating an efficient
and modern electrical system that would perfectly align with our client’s requirements and also
fit within the limitations of the available power supply.

Initially, the retail space was empty, apart from the shop’s existing lighting. We collaborated with our client and other contractors to understand and determine the electrical requirements of the
new equipment, focusing on designing and planning an electrical installation that could optimise
the available power supply. Throughout the renovation, our team successfully managed their
time to ensure an efficient turnaround within the allocated 4 weeks, focusing on exceptional
attention to detail to achieve the best result for this job.

The renovation project included installing several new facilities such as:
Power and data requirements for two new counters, enabling seamless checkout
experiences and efficient transactions.

• Fridge and freezer outlets and circuits, for easy access and maintenance.
• A state-of-the-art data rack, along with all necessary data cabling and outlets, ensures all
  technological and digital elements of the supermarket will function smoothly.
• A total shop zoned music system, to cover the entire store and enhance the overall shopping experience.
